Return Policy:

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees when making a return or exchange. We strongly recommend using FedEx or UPS for your carrier as they will provide a tracking number for your shipment. Omeez® is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise. If you are requesting a refund, please provide the credit card information used for the original purchase.
